I am also the founder and CEO, along with my wife Cindy of Together Forever Ministries, a marriage, family and individual counseling practice for 18 years. My therapeutic background is a strong asset in the mediation process because of the emphasis I place on the value and emotional health of the people involved.
Previously I held positions as an Executive Director for Lucent Technologies Sales Resource Division and Monroe Systems for Business developing Customer Fulfillment environments in each company.
I have also served as the Executive Pastor of Christian Life Center in New Jersey.
